The Mary Lou Williams Women in Jazz Festival
This five-year-old tradition in jazz programming at the Kennedy Center proves that jazz is by no means a man’s world, offering three evenings of star-studded performances featuring top artists from around the globe, as well as free lunchtime jam sessions on the Center’s Millennium Stage and seminars for the working artist and the serious fan.
