Theater rental costs include use of the space on the day of the event, if it's available; a theater manager and ushers for the event, 8 pages of programmatic material in Playbill; and the Kennedy Center box office services, meaning we will sell tickets for your event, if you'd like. What is not included in the rental costs is stagehand labor, equipment rental costs, ticket printing fees, ticket commission fees, insurance on the theater, and any advertising the Kennedy Center may do for you.
